I recently just became hired here at Rockford Ball Screw. I was really nervous transitioning into a new environment, but everything has been amazing so far. EVERYONE at Rockford Ball Screw is very supportive, understanding and willing to help out. I work in an area that interests me and inspires me to learn and grow. Supervisors here at Rockford Ball Screw appreciate their employees' efforts and encourages development. All around a very professional work environment to work in and I enjoy that a lot. I am very excited to continue my journey here!

When I began my career at RBS I was impressed with the benefits that were offered to me. I received hands on training to help prepare me to do my position. I also have done cross training to learn other jobs to help where needed. There have even been times that I have worked side by side with the owner. The employees I work with are friendly and are willing to work together as a team to complete a job. A nice perk are the quarterly incentives the company offers.

The people! Employees, customers and suppliers all make each day enjoyable. So many interesting applications that our products are used in, our industry is a very moving experience!
